Title: Project Coordinator - Service and Design Assistant   1177

Location: Portland

Duration: 6 Month Renewable Contract

 

SDPM Coordinator Responsibilities:

  1. Initial review of Maximo job/RFS verify information, identify what is missing/needed
  2. Apply for TCP
  3. Research needs for SDPM (such as easements, previous installs, etc)
  4. Easements, Parks permits (these ay be done by Prereq coordinator now), and ODOT permits
  5. Call out for bids with Contract services, Receive and attach to jobs and notify SDPM after Bid has been awarded.
  6. Initiating locate requests/apply for design locates
  7. Complete LEA forms and Customer letter in Maximo
  8. Complete VD, Flicker, FC calculations (optional depending on skill)
  9. Help SDPM with keeping in communication with PSLD regarding project status
  10. Sending out scheduled outage information and making door hanger and comment Maximo.
  11. Cover for SDPM when away (take cust calls, etc)
  12. Paint locate marks
  13. Job staking
  14. Coordinate with Comm companies
  15. Arranging shutdowns with customers
  16. Job previews for crew readiness (refresh staking & locate marks)

Note:

25% of this position will include outside fieldwork.

  10. Must be physically able to work in adverse weather conditions for extended periods of time, including but not limited to snow, ice, heat, and extreme wind.
  11. Must possess a valid Oregon driver’s license with no restrictions of use.
  1. Need folks that are comfortable working indoors and outdoors

 

Preferred job skills:

  1. Demonstrated ability to use or learn to use our client’s Work Management software, Maximo
  2. Associates degree or Line Department experience preferred (0 to 3 years).
  3. Ability to use project management concepts
  4. Knowledge of utility or construction industry
